Heya. First thing to do after your firewall settings are
adjusted is to test to see if they work or not. Try the scan
here:
http://www.GoToMyVNC.com
It'll test your ports to see if they really are open
or not. If it reports success and you still can't connect...try
the troubleshooting steps here:
