Hi Can anyone help? I'm running v3.3.7 on NT4 workstation (server) running the viewer from XP. I've installed vnc as a service. I can't take control of the remote workstation if it s at the logon prompt. The viewer connects, but i have no mouse or keyboard control. However, if the remote is logged in, even if it's locked, I have no problem, until i logout, when i lose the connection, and up back at the beginning Nt4 is the only os I have this problem with. I found some similar threads in the archive but none have helped me solve the problem.
