Can you help?
I do have a problem in connecting a VNC viewer (my home PC) to the VNC
server(my Office PC).
Here is what I did to connect the VNC server from home PC:
1) Connected to the Company's Network through Dial-up.
2) Login to VNC server through the viewver by typing in either my Office
PC's name or IP:
a) Login to server PC name, it was failed:
"Failed to get server address. Did you type the host name
correctly?"
3) Login to IP addres the PC at work, it was failed:
"Faile to connect to server"
I also pinged both PC name and IP addresse, the results are:
The IP address is alive.
The Name of the PC is unknown host
However, I don't have any problem to connect to another VNC server in
the Office from the same client PC at home.
Your help is highly appreciated!
