I prefer Open Source as well.  In fact, I have many times attempted to
replace my Windows environment with many of the available Linux
distributions, as well as BeOS, but I always find myself reverting back to
Win2K/XP.

As far as RD goes, I am convinced that /something/ happens with the display
driver during the session, -- exactly what that /something/ is, perhaps no
one (besides M$) will ever know.

Perhaps everything will all pan out with Windows XP SP2 and with RealVNC 4.0
Gold.
