Hi, all. I've managed to knacker my VNC setup by downloading all the latest security patches from Microsoft.
Last night it was working fine after downloading from WindowsUpdate to my Win98SE server. Today, even though I've enabled local loopbacks in the registry on the server, I'm getting "Local loop-back connections are disabled". The client is running on XP pro, and the problem started _after_ updating from the WindowsUpdate website. I am able to telnet the vnc server. The network transport is the Intel Anypoint wireless LAN.
