Hello! I'd like to use the screen that the vnc viewer produces (i. e. the desktop of a remote computer) in my own programs (written in C under Suse-Linux). For this it would be good, if the vnc "screen" was stored pixel by pixel in an integer array of dimension, let's say, 640*480, with the value of the array being the corresponding color of the pixel. I'm looking for a simple solution, because I think I wouldn't like to go too much into the depth of the x-window system. Any suggestion is welcome!
