Akshally...IMO the best way to connect to a PC that has
a dynamic IP address is to install a dynamic-DNS client on that
PC. See 'www.NoIP.com' for a free client.

        Once you have a dynamic-DNS client on the target PC,
follow the instructions in that GoToMyVNC FAQ to get connected
to that PC thru the proxy at your workplace.
