You want to give them the ADSL address. Also, you need to allow port 5900 to go through your DSL modem (or router or whatever) and point to your PC inside.

This is the nature of networking. Having the DSL modem doing NAT (network
address translation) gives you some protection from worms and hackers on the
Internet.
