I don't believe it is a seperate process in VNC4.  IMHO console is
definitely not the correct term.  This goes double for the fact that VNC4
does have a mode that shows a text console with debugging info. 
Service-helper makes sense because it "helps" the VNC "service" to grab
per-user info (rather than it's default per-machine).
