Sean:
Heya. Is it possible that the target VNC Server
is running with an AuthHosts setting? That is, it may be
setup to restrict connections from anything with an IP
address in a limited range; when you dialup you may be
given an address in this range.
You'll need to look in the VNC registry keys
to know for sure. Good luck!
