mmm there's only 2 way i think:
- you open a specified port
- you redirect the traffic to an already open port (i.e. 80 just to say one)

you can also install the server on the pc in the network and make the server
launching the connection back to the client, you must launch the viewer in
listening mode

there must be a port open or your traffic wont get back to the pc in trouble
i dont think there's another way,,,maybe by pigeons ? there is a RFC for 
this ;)
