Is sprint your ISP? Who makes the router, and do you have the password for
it? Some ISPs will offer you the password, others will not let you change
the router.

Your best bet is to download the reference manual for your model of
router. And check its capabilities. If, it can do a port forward and you
have access to the router, you may be able to configure it to work.

The router is supplied by Sprint and is model 645.  We're using DynIP to
get the current dynamic IP address; I believe that means I trying to get
by NAT. I've tried to determine if the service is on when I set it so, but
the solution I found requires a locan network.
