Using sysconfig the VNC server is started with the default script
(/usr/bin/vncserver). You can edit that script to change any parameters
you desire, but be aware it will change for anyone running just
"vncserver".

If you wish to control the geometry using the /etc/sysconfig/vncservers
file there are some patches for this in bugzilla.
