Anyone who has used the new version of Microsoft's Terminal Service client (called
Remote Desktop Connection), which is also available in WinXP, should know that in full
screen mode there's a connection bar on top of the screen. This feature is one of the
few "inventions" of Microsoft to which I appreciate a lot. Bravo! It's very handy
and useful. Especially its presence avoids a lot of confusions of not knowing what
desktop we're looking at.
I hope this idea isn't patented, or is it? Could it be implemented in VNC?
