Could you try explaining again.  Or better yet, what goal are you trying
to accomplish?


I missed the origional post but with the inetd-setup as described on http://www.sourcecodecorner.com/articles/vnc/linux.asp , every user goes to the same viewer number and gets their own session. This viewer number is based on the required size and colordepth.


Major advantage: single administration for all users on the system.

btw: the site is focussed at Redhat but has sufficient hooks to set it up on fairly all unix systems that have a Xvnc binary...
