Hello, We are running 4.0b4 on a Solaris system, and since upgrading to the new version, people are getting idle timeouts. The log looks like this:
Wed Nov 19 13:58:18 2003 Connections: closed: 192.168.0.66::2372 (Idle timeout) SMsgWriter: framebuffer updates 47524 SMsgWriter: copyRect rects 18909, bytes 302544 SMsgWriter: hextile rects 82306, bytes 17463398 SMsgWriter: raw bytes equivalent 194166140, compression ratio 11.118463 We never had this problem before. The client does not necessarily seem to affect the timeouts. I have searched the documentation and the mailing list archive, but I can't find a definitive answer on how to turn this setting off completely. Any suggestions? Can I set something in the vncserver script? Thanks! _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To remove yourself from the list visit: http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
