Java 4.0b4 viewer in Opera 7.23

I tried to connect to a Windows 2000 box running VNC server 4.0b4 from 
Opera 7.23 and got an "applet not found" message.  The Java console 
contained the following:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: vncviewer/VNCViewer
        at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:198)
        at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
        at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:186)
        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:299)
        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:255)
        at com.opera.PluginPanel.run(PluginPanel.java:409)
        at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:536)
It does work from IE and Mozilla.  This is not the end of the world, but it 
would be nice if it worked from Opera.  I can run other applets in Opera.
