This can be done. I chose an even easier way and used an MSI packager, installed and configured the client on a single machine then created the MSI, then pushed the software with group policy, then all clients took the software and have the same configuration, this could easily be modified if you had multiple GPOs that require different settings, just make multiple MSI files or just copy the same MSI and just edit the internal reg settings. The only issue with this is that the machine needs to restart once to take the download, then again to start the service. Hope this helps. - Marc
