I have a problem going the other way. I try to connect from a Solaris 9 box to a Windows XP box. The connection is made and a window comes up, but then it shuts down. Here is a transcript from the shell where I start the viewer: bash-2.05$ vncviewer 10.80.60.5 VNC viewer version 3.3.7 - built Feb 28 2003 18:40:13 Copyright (C) 2002-2003 RealVNC Ltd. I can connect the other way (from Windows as client/viewer to Solaris box as server). Thanks. -- David A.
