win2000 pro & VNC

Hello,

I've little problem with vnc & win 2000 pro.

When i'm logged in win 2000 i can connect to the computer with vnc without 
problem.

The problem is when i'm not logged in windows (i'v the log in windows on the 
screen) i can't connect to the computer with vnc i've the error message "VNC 
autentification failed" i don't understand because i use the same 
password...
