RealVNC Users - Having problems running vncserver on localhost, please advise.
Windows 2K Server (latest service packs, etc) Running REALVNC 3.3.7 After reviewing the documentation, I added the following to the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WINVNC3\DEFAULT: "LoopbackOnly"=dword:00000001 netstat still shows vncserver listening at 0.0.0.0:5900 Restarting the service does not help Preferred behavior would be vncserver listening on 127.0.0.1:5900 VNCViewer from localhost has the following error: "Local loop-back connections are disabled" Suggestions?
