You can deploy VNC to them remotely using VNCScan.
http://www.vncscan.com This will overwrite their passwords and set the
new one.

Subject: Standardising Passwords in V 3.3.7

Hi There,

I want to make a common password for several machines that have VNC
3.3.7 installed on them. I am aware that I can set a standard password
and remove the ability for users to change the passwords but as the
machines have not been setup in this fashion initially, I am left with a
scenario whereby 1 pc may have many different passwords on it ( one for
each user profile). If I uninstall and reinstall VNC, it remembers the
users individual passwords.

How can I remove all indivdual passwords (so that I can create a single
common password and remove the ability for users to change theirs) ?

Many Thanks
