Problem on VNC viewer 4b4

Ibve downloaded the bstand-aloneb VNC viewer 4b4 and Ibve a few problems / 
questions on it.

*       My VNC viewer 4 uses 64 colours by default.  I need 256 colours because with 
some applications it becomes very hard to read whatbs written.  Where can I set this 
optionbs default choice?
*       VNC viewer 3.3.7 has the function to request full screen refresh.  But I 
canbt find it in viewer 4.  It seems to refresh after a certain time, but is there a 
way to force it?  Do I miss something?
