I have 2 PCs joined by a crossed-over cable forming a very simple LAN. Both have Windows XP and SuSE Linux 9.0, and both have VNC in windows and linux. Now, when both PCs are running Windows, everything works perfectly, but when PC1 is running Linux I can get connected. This is what I do on PC1:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ./vncserver :0
And at the Windows PC, start the viewer and set:
VNC Server: PC1 internal address (192.168.x.x)
I can ping both computers from the other one.
Any suggestions? _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To remove yourself from the list visit: http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
