You don't have that because he thought your VNC server is installed in WinXP, 
which is not your case.  WinXP has a function called "fast user switching" which isn't 
in Win2k.

        When you say "blank screen", have you waited long enough?  Do you have this 
problem when your server machine is in screene saver mode or not?
