Your 123.234.345.456 is just an entry point to your network. It's the
(public) IP address of a certain device like a router, firewall or gateway.

No. It will either reply or not reply, all depends really on how this device
is configured. If the public address is mapped to one of private addresses, which is
called a translation, or if a port forwarding is setup, you'll get reply from that.
If you want to have access to both VNC server, you have to use two different
