I don't know, from the screen shots, maybe you don't need any port forwarding.
Your Alcatel seems to be a modem and thus every port is open to the outside world.
What is your problem exactly?
Have you tried http://gotomyvnc.com/ to check if your VNC server is accessible
from the Internet?

I have looked and looked at the router and there is no reference to a model or
anything. Its just a speed touch home modem that has been flashed to be a pro instead
of home I THINK. I have taken screen shots of the mainmenu, ip route table and

Hopefully those pictures will help, without needing to know specific model numbers etc.
