maybe the vnc service hangs.
you have to download a tool callt "pskill", you can download it from here:
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/pskill.shtml
copy the .exe file to the system32 directory.
open a command console and type "pskill Winvnc"
now the service should have stopt.
restart the service and it should work again.
