Maybe there's something to do with a register value about timeout.  I don't 
have time to check the FAQ or DOC, but a quick idea for you is:
uninstall VNC
remove register keys related to VNC
reinstall VNC

        If this doesn't help, go to check the doc about a certain register value about 
timeout.
