Correct me if I'm wrong, People, but I believe you can call exec on the
executable. You simply cannot link to the VNC libraries.

Subject: GPL and VNC Usage

Hi All,

 In a current project we are planning to call the
Win32 version of the VNC Viewer from our client GUI
application.

 In order to be compliant with the fork/exec
requirement we are planning to call the executable by
using a system variable.

 I would like to know, if the above approach is
sufficient to be able to release our commercial
product without having to deal with the GPL nature of
VNC.

 Any help will be greatly appreciated....

Yves...
