Joel, You say that Microsoft have "pinpointed the problem to be interaction between VNC and the GINA.DLL or MSGINA.DLL files". If they have pinpointed the problem to such an interaction then they must know what that interaction is and how they can fix it, surely?
VNC Server for Windows does not replace, modify or otherwise intrude into the normal operation of the MSGINA DLL.
