Subject: Changing outgoing port numbers

Im currently running a VNC server on a Windows XP Box.

I'm trying to login to my server from my college using the java interface.
i have no idea what portsd are open or closed and have not tried this yet
but my router can set anything coming in on port 80 (html) to 5800 but vnc
sends everything out on port 5900,

this i can again change with the port redirection on my router but how do i
get the java interface to expect incoming on port 80 and not 5900?

Any help would be appreciated
