Your 1st computer, let's call it CompA, is it acting as an "Internet 
Connection Sharing" machine?  If yes, it's acting like a router.  Since it has ICF, 
it's acting like a firewall too.  So you have to configure its port forwarding for 
other "inner" machines.

        But personally, I would advise you to buy a real, electronic router rather 
than using a soft router, esp. since Windows platforms are the favorite targets for 
everybody.  If your CompA is down, your whole LAN is cut off from the Internet.  It 
won't be fun ;)  You can get a router for less than 40 USD.
