Check out http://www.dyndns.org/. They offer a free + dynamic DNS ; service : you get a domain name like yourname.homeip.net which links to your IP address. Then you have to install a little program in your computer like DynDNS Updater or some other. The program informs the DynDNS servers every time your IP address changes so that there is always a pointer to your computer. Ive been using it for more than a year now without any problems.
