I've just spotted the word "daemon".  I'm afraid you've mixed up viewer and 
listening viewer.  Look at your system tray, do you already have a listening viewer 
there?  Look careful the letter V, it's red instead of green.  It's the listening 
viewer's icon.

        Look and read carefully icons' names inside VNC folder.  One is "Run VNC 
viewer" whereas the other is "Run listening VNC viewer".
