AFAIK, there's no Mac version of VNC server:

        Are you using the Unix version compiled for MacOSX?  Or is it a ported version 
by someone else?  If so, maybe you could contact its author.

        OTOH, in Unix server, it's possible to not draw the cursor, so try to test 
this.
