Your VNC viewer for PC Pocket is certainly NOT a product of RealVNC. Is your VNC server RealVNC or any other "flavour"? Have you tried a normal VNC viewer (for Windows or for Unix) to connect to your VNC server? If that works, the problem is your VNC viewer for PC Pocket, and you'd better ask your question to Conduits.
