Best to save the sessions to a Machinename.vnc file, you can even add the password in there. If the *.vnc extension is not registered, you can register it with the command `vncviewer /register` (i think).
Alternatively create a shortcut to start vncviewer, add the ip-address to the comand and give it the name of the machine. You can also add other options.
