Heya. It sounds like the Win 2000 server isn't port-forwarding
to your VNC Server correctly. Try this: open a web-browser on your
VNC Server and run the scan at: http:///www.GoToMyVNC.com
If that scan cannot connect, you'll need to make adjustments
to your firewall/router setup. BTW, exactly what sort of firewall/router
software are you running in your Win 2000 server? I presume it's some
sort of Windows "Internet Connection Sharing". If so, the instructions
you need to get VNC working are here:

For VNC, forward TCP 5900 to your VNC Server.
