It's not enough to *open* port 5903 on the firewall. You need to *forward*
incoming requests on port 5903 to the specific internal IP of the machine
192.1.2.3 (which you will probably need to make static.)
How to do that depends on your make and model of firewall. Look for "port
forwarding" or "NAT addressing" or something like that.
