Maybe I was too brief in previous post.
First, the role of NAT is forward traffic from one network to specific computer/s in another network. So I believe rather then 'how to bypass NAT', it would be more correct to say 'how to tell the NAT to do what I want'. It would be a role of NAT to connect your VNC request from home to your office computer.
Obviously, in your office, router's Internet IP address (public IP, say 220.220.111.111) will be different from your desktop computer(say 192.168.1.3).
You have to modify NAT so that the router will forward all the incoming traffice from Internet through port 5800 and 5900 to 192.168.1.3. Port 5800 and 5900 are default port numbers used by RealVNC.
Configure VNC in your home computer to connect to your office's public IP (220.220.111.111) and when you connect the router will forward the traffic to your computer (192.168.1.3)
If you have more than one ppl in your office whish to run VNC server on their computers, modify each VNC server to use different port (5901, 5902, 5903 and so on) and they will have to add their own port number in connection IP address on viewer. ( VNC server: 220.220.111.111:5093)

Thank you very much, but I don't understand yet how I can bypass the NAT:
that is, how can I reach from home my office PC if its IP address on the
internal LAN is different from the outer one (and vice versa, even if there
are ways to publish the home address in order to know it)? I think that this
is a problem indipendently if the IP address is static or dynamic.
