I have figured it out below is the solution.
1. Launch vncviewer.exe 2. Enter the server you want to connect to 3. Enter your Password 4. Right Click Top of vncviewer Window and select options 5. make any changes that you want to be used as the default for the server/host you are connecting to 6. Click the Defaults tab on the VNC Viewer Options 7. Click the Save Configuration File As tab 8. Save the .vnc file as whatever name you like and put it where ever you want. 9. Click Save 10. A VNC Viewer: Warning window will appear asking if you want to include the VNC Password in the configuration file Click Yes if you want to save it. The parameter for password in the config file is Password=encrypted password Hope this might help anyone with the same question.
