Hello, I installed RealVNC 4.0 on both my computers. On one computer, everything just runs fine. On my second computer I have a problem. If I make connection manually, using vncviewer, I have no problem. If I make a configuration file to make an automatic connection and later on us it, I always got an error which says : VNC Viewer : Error unable to resolve host by name: Host unknown (11001) I tried it by using the computername and also by using the IP-address. Manually it works fine. Using a configuration file, it doesn't work. Anyone who has an idea what's wrong ? Some more information : both my computers are running Windows XP Professional.
