henrique, vc quer que todos seus clients acessem um znico vncserver startado como seu servidor isso?
Caso for, tente startar seu servidor com a opgco -AlwaysShared, do contrario, apenas 1 cliente podera acessar seu servidor por vez. Se nco for isso, ou seja, quer que cada cliente acesse sessues VNC distintas, am vc tem que startar servidores VNC pra cada cliente, usando o vncviewer passando a porta que o servidor foi aberto, tipo :1, :2, :3... e assim por diante..
