I want to add more information to the post about this problem. We installed VNC 4.0 to Windows Servers both NT and 2000. At first everything seems ok, but then slowly server by server the left mouse button would functioning like the right one. You also can't type anything text unless you go to the server console. Then everything is fine. We previously had VNC 3.3.3 installed on all servers and there wasn't any problem.
We also used a program called FastPush to install the VNC software everywhere. The program doesn't leave anything behind and FastPush is being maintained from one PC. I however uninstalled (manually) VNC 4 first on one pc and then installed (manually) the program fresh. This did not change anything. So since we could not find any information as to why the problem was happening, we removed VNC 4.0 off of all the servers since they are in remote sites. We installed VNC 3.3.7 instead. So far so good.
