my problem is that I am trying to control remotely a system that does not have any mouse/keyboard connected. When I try to control it with VNC viewer I can not see the mouse pointer (it works but I can not see it!). However if I connect with VNC viewer in Internet Explorer (through port 5800) then I see the mouse pointer.
Should I modify any VNC server setting?
