I currently triple-boot OS WinXP Win2000 and Win2003 Server on
my home computer. At work I have Win2000. I have VNC 4 server and
viewer installed at work and at home on all three Windows OS.

I can connect via VNC both ways when my VPN client is running on
my home XP and 2000 OS. I can only get VNC connection from work
to home on my Windows 2003 server. I cannot get a VNC connection
from Home to Work in Windows 2003 server. I setup VNC the same everywhere.

I can ping thru VPN my company's Intranet web server and the DNS addresses
but I cannot ping my desktop computer that I want to connect to via VNC on
2003.

Any ideas how I can fix this, and why I can't connect from home to work, but
can connect
from work to home in windows 2003 server. Since I can connect via Citrix to
our public
server running Citrix server I assume the problem is with VNC.

Thanks Ed
