Jay, All that pressing shift does is prevent the operating system that is running the viewer from acting on the C-A-D keystrokes. That is not the issue here. The fact is that a VNC Server running on a Windows 95/98/Me machine will ignore the C-A-D event, because under those systems it would make no sense to emulate it.
