I currently run a similar setup in my office using vnc4.0. It picks up the
dual displays by itself, however to view it I must be in windowed mode not
fullscreen so I can scroll onto another desktop.

Subject: VNC and Dual Monitors

Hi there folks,

I am probably going to ask a redundant question but searching through the
mailing list has not answered my question yet.

I have read that VNC4.0 has support for dual monitors in it.

I have 5 machines (some Win2000 and some XP) that have dual monitors. Each
of these machines runs a RealVNC 4.0 server. I would like to use vncviewer
from a remote machine and be able to see both of the monitors attached to
the server machine. How can this be done?

I have played with MultiVNC and have it working on a machine at my office
(where I don't have the dual monitor systems to test with). If MultiVNC is
the answer, is there any way I can make it run as a service?

Thanks, Ian.
