This fix may be useful to others having problems with VNC on older
windows machines!
I still have a windows95 box that runs a vnc server.
It worked fine with VNC 3.3.7
When I uninstalled this and installed VNC 4 today the installation
failed near the end with "code 1157" and a message about "ws2_32.dll"
not found.
A quick search turns up that ws2_32 is for winsock2. To fix it look for
"ws2setup.exe" at support.microsoft.com which shows you knowledge base
item 182108 which links to where you can download the exe file.
Then you will have ws2_32.dll installed on your w95 machine and vnc4
should install and work okay.

Chris
